What is this framework?

The HR WSQ system underpins skills formation of HR practitioners and enables them to have greater access to training and the attainment of nationally-recognised certifications. It facilitates skills and career progression for HR professionals.

HR WSQ comprises of 2 main functional categories, namely, HR Management and HR Development, which are further split into 12 functional areas:
