A training provider who wishes to offer WSQ courses have to meet the accreditation criteria established by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA).

WDA has also set up mechanisms to build the capability of training providers to design quality curriculum and assessment.

A training provider who is approved for the provision of WSQ training and assessments is known as an Approved Training Organisation (ATO).
