What is it?

The programme is targeted at mid-career Singaporeans or those looking for a second career in acquiring the relevant skills and knowledge to convert and transit to the Real Estate Management and Maintenance Industry as a Property Officer.

Candidates who complete the course can look forward to a managerial position in the industry engaging in a variety of job functions such as interacting with occupants and ensuring their safety and well-being, directing and supervising building maintenance, undertaking inspections and administrative work. They will eventually have wide job opportunities working with building owners, managing agents and maintenance contractors and be based in public housing condominiums, commercial and industrial buildings and recreational and tourist facilities.

The Property Officer Programme has been in place since 2006.
