What is it?

The programme is an initiative to train and place new workers and upgrade existing workers in the administrative, service and building technical work for the Real Estate Management and Maintenance Industry (REMMI), involving the management and after-care of existing buildings.

Candidates who complete the course will enter the industry at the operational level, providing support for the property management team. They will eventually have wide job opportunities working with building owners, managing agents and maintenance contractors who service commercial, HDB & condominium estates, institutional, educational and recreational buildings.
